What can you do via the Portal?
- Upload documents securely and directly to the Local Authority.
- Complete forms online for a Child or Young person you are working with.
- Submit information for a Child or Young person you are working with.
- Request Assessments.
- Complete referrals for the Child/Young person you are working with.
- Update the Child/Young Persons details.

Recommendations for using the Professional Portal

As there are a number of fields to complete, we recommend using a larger screen device, e.g. a PC, laptop or notebook.

Supported web browsers are: Safari; Google Chrome (latest version) and Edge.
The portal will timeout after 20 minutes. Your application will be saved each time the 'next/continue' button is selected. If a timeout occurs you will need to login again to continue with your application.
